To access certain functionalities of the site, you must complete a registration process that includes identity verification in accordance with current anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations in Argentina (Law 25,246 and UIF resolutions). You must be over 18 years of age and reside in Argentina to participate as an investor.

Guiarigurosa acts as a technology intermediary between investors and real estate developers. The company does not guarantee specific financial returns or results. All investments made through the platform are subject to the inherent risks of the real estate market and the Argentine economic context. The information published about projects (estimated profitability, terms, location) is provided by developers and verified within our capabilities, but does not constitute personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

By using guiarigurosa.com, you agree to: • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and in all interactions with the platform. • Not use the site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties. • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. • Read and understand the documentation of each project before investing. • Assume responsibility for your investment decisions.

Real estate crowdlending involves risks that you should evaluate before participating: • Partial or total loss of invested capital. • Delays in project execution or completion. • Variations in estimated profitability. • Low liquidity of the investment during the project term. • Impact of macroeconomic, regulatory, or currency factors. Guiarigurosa does not guarantee return of capital or a minimum return. Only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Guiarigurosa S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law 11,723) and international laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without express authorization is prohibited.

Any dispute arising from these T&C or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

Guiarigurosa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In particular, operations carried out through the platform fall under the Crowdfunding regime regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV General Resolution No. 717/2017 and amendments).
